Paddle revenue, forecast.
Next month's revenue, your runway and who's about to cancel, from your Paddle data.
How it connects.
You paste a Paddle Billing API key with read-only permissions. It's checked with Paddle, stored encrypted, and only ever used to read.
It reads your subscription transactions, customers (names only), products and prices. Customer names never go to the AI: it sees a reference, and the name only appears on your screen.
Set up in three steps.
- 01Create a free Scenario account.
- 02In Paddle, go to Developer tools → Authentication and create an API key with read-only permissions.
- 03Paste it on Scenario's Integrations page. Your forecast, runway and churn appear once the first sync finishes.
What you get.
- Next month's revenue with a likely range, and what's driving it.
- How long your cash lasts, and whether you'd break even first.
- Every customer by name, with who's at risk and a message ready to send.
- What a price rise or a new hire would do, before you commit.
How do I forecast revenue from Paddle?
Connect Paddle to Scenario. It reads your subscription transactions, customers (names only), products and prices, works out monthly recurring revenue customer by customer, and forecasts next month with a likely range, tested on months it wasn't trained on.
Does it work with Paddle sandbox?
Yes. Sandbox keys are recognised and read from Paddle's sandbox, so you can try it on test data first.
Can I use Paddle with other platforms?
Yes. Scenario combines Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, Paddle and Polar into one forecast if you use more than one, and adds costs and cash from Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent or Sage.
