Polar revenue, forecast.

Next month's revenue, your runway and who's about to cancel, from your Polar data.

How it connects.

You paste a Polar organization access token with read scopes. It's checked with Polar, stored encrypted, and only ever used to read. Polar support is in beta.

It reads your subscription orders, customers (names only) and products. Customer names never go to the AI: it sees a reference, and the name only appears on your screen.

Set up in three steps.

  1. 01Create a free Scenario account.
  2. 02In Polar, open your organization's Settings and create an access token with read scopes.
  3. 03Paste it on Scenario's Integrations page. Your forecast, runway and churn appear once the first sync finishes.

What you get.

  • Next month's revenue with a likely range, and what's driving it.
  • How long your cash lasts, and whether you'd break even first.
  • Every customer by name, with who's at risk and a message ready to send.
  • What a price rise or a new hire would do, before you commit.

How do I forecast revenue from Polar?

Connect Polar to Scenario. It reads your subscription orders, customers (names only) and products, works out monthly recurring revenue customer by customer, and forecasts next month with a likely range, tested on months it wasn't trained on.

Why is Polar in beta?

It's new in Scenario. It reads subscription orders the same way as Stripe, Lemon Squeezy and Paddle; if anything looks off for your store, tell us and we'll fix it quickly.

Can I use Polar with other platforms?

Yes. Scenario combines Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, Paddle and Polar into one forecast if you use more than one, and adds costs and cash from Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent or Sage.

See it on a sample business first.
